Hi, my name is Thea and I love photographing weddings. I do. I love it because it is opportunity for people publicly display authentic emotion. It’s a rare thing in our lives for people to dedicate a day to celebrate love and it’s an absolutely fantastic photographic opportunity.

At your wedding our job is work as your eyes. That is a large and challenging responsibility. We thrive on meeting and exceeding that challenge. The photos we are taking on your wedding day are going to be your families memories for generations to come. Few people get the honor of creating something that will live on long after us. We take that honor very seriously.

The Authentic Eye approach is based on 2 primary influences. The first and most important influence is You. We invest a lot of time into getting to know you, asking questions about you and your fiance and showing you images that may be similar to your vision. The better we know your preferences the better we can tailor our style to your needs. Our second influence is Nature. Natural moments, natural beauty and the natural environment.
