A mutual friend introduced us April 1, 2008 and we both were completely blown away…However we didnt pursue each other until June of 2008 when a playful flirtation became more serious. Kristin didnt think Lisa was interested, when all of a sudden when they were at dinner with some friends, Lisa turned to kristin and said “I WOULD kiss you”. A couple of hours later they had their first kiss.
We stayed at a friends house in Provincetown and Kristin put Lisa’s ring in a little velvet bag around their Bernese mountain dog, Scout’s neck. At around 6 am in the morning, Kristin made scout jump into bed with them. Lisa was asleep and said “what is around his neck!?” ( scout was known for being mischievous) “what did he get into?”.
Kristin said “I don’t know, why dont you check what is in the bag?”. Lisa was puzzled, but then pulled out the box and started laughing and crying. Kristin then proposed in bed at 6 am with both their berner and toy poodle laying next to them, both wagging their tails.
