Here's all of the supplies you will need. Two different sizes of napkins (I bought mine from IKEA) pipecleaners and scissors.
After scouring the internet for months – I finally found a DIY wedding decoration project that I fell in love with – paper napkin flowers! I saw it posted on a few different sites and decided that it’d be a super fun and cost efficient way for us to decorate our wedding venue….which is also where the reception will be. I even turned my bridal shower into a crafting party, so that my nearest and dearest could help me knock some of these out. I highly recommend doing this project because it is fairly cheap, the flowers are huge and they’re pretty fun to make!

Open them up on your lap or on a table. You see that these are actually triple-ply napkins - that's an important thing to remember later on!

It should end up looking like this. Pinch it in the middle and round off the edges with your scissors.

Lay the smaller napkin inside of the large ones and start folding them together - again, like a big fan.

Gently fold out the the two different sides and begin pulling up the layers towards the center of the flower.

These flowers are rather huge - we can stick them on tables or hang them from twine on the trees outside.

Here's the back - you can see that there's enough pipe cleaner to do tons of different things with like securing it to a post?
Hope you enjoyed my DIY tutorial. I’ll be posting some photos of my craftabulous bridal shower where we made a ton of these flowers. I can’t wait to see them hanging up around on my wedding day! Hopefully guests will take one (or three) of them home, so that we have minimal flower napkin waste at the end of the night.
All photos by me.

They are huge too! It is a very cheap way to decorate a venue!
I love this idea, I’m not so crafty, but I am determined to make my own decorations. Thank you for sharing!
