During the snowpacolypse, I only ventured out of our apartment once.  While out, I figured I might as well try on dresses. So I went to Lord and Taylor and Loehmanns.  Lord and Taylor was a little disappointing.  I tried on the OC dress and the purple Laundry dress. Meh.

Loehmanns was surprisingly good.  They had a large number of Nicole Miller wedding dresses on super sale.  The first one with the funny bottom was originally $2600, but they were selling it for $500.

The Calvin Klein to the right was only $80 so I almost bought it as back up.  I tried on a couple others, but they weren’t picture worthy at all.  I couldn’t figure out how to get the Marchessa halter dress on properly.  It kept making an extra back twist.  I don’t know how widespread the wedding dress section at Loehmanns is, but I would suggest popping by your local store.

On the other hand, I think I have refound my inspiration in Aly and Elroi’s wedding(it was actually the first post I looked at on So You’re Engayged.)  I love the blue dress and the big messy hair.

all photos obviously by me

My vote is still for the BCBG lace and satin dress. I pass it on the way to work everyday and I think of you, in the most non-stalker way possible…You looked great it that one!

@Alison I think that is sweet and not stalkery. My dress will probably end up being from BCBG, I like so many of their dresses.

@Ginger Thank you! It was so comfortable and cheap! It had a weird spot on it though.
