When I was first collecting lighting decoration ideas for the wedding, I found this DIY for flower fairy lights at Apartment Therapy.
After a period of recovery from the origami balloons, I thought I would make them to decorate the below back porch. The original website suggest using 2 pieces of vellum per light, but I simplified to one.
Materials
1. Vellum
2. Paper cutter
3. Scissors
To Do
1. Cut the paper into 4″ x 4″ pieces

2. Fold paper in half on the diagonal

3. Fold up the two corners to the middle

4. Fold in half

View from side

5. Cut off the top of the paper, either round or pointy, and cut off a tiny little bit of the bottom

The End!
