Herb & Alan had been together for over 17 years when they got married. The wedding took place at their friends’ gorgeous home in New Canaan, CT. Their inherently non-traditional wedding began with a cocktail hour where everyone could mingle before Herb &Alan walked each other down the aisle. Their close friend performed the ceremony in the backyard, and there were equal amounts of laughter and tears from all parties. Despite the ominous clouds, it only sprinkled for a few minutes before the sun came out for the rest of the party. The delicious catering and beautiful flowers were provided by Frank & Julio.
